Designed by DCA Architects of Transformation in collaboration with Plus Architecture for Pukeroa Oruawhata Trust, this Lakeside Hotel redefines hospitality by respectfully embodying manaakitanga and story of place through design – nestled in the heart of Rotorua’s iconic lakefront.
Set to become a new hospitality landmark filling a crucial gap in the local market for premium accommodation and elevating Rotorua’s position as a top tourism destination in Aotearoa New Zealand.
The design encompasses 197 guest rooms, ground-floor hospitality, functions and conference space, a gym, pool, and rooftop bar.
