Supreme Award

2019 was DCA Architects’ first year as a participant in The Westpac Rotorua Business Excellence Awards. We were unsure of how we’d measure up against other businesses across different fields and entered with no preconceived expectations.

In the Judge’s own words:

• Customer Focus – “There is great depth of analysis and response with an overall passion for your industry”.
• Quality and Systems – “A bottom-up approach, with good supporting documentation around on-boarding new team members”.
• Business Performance – “Well considered and presented section”.
• Planning and Strategy – “Good discussion and knowledge around market split and share, with strong desire to grow other market areas”.

Winning our section of Property, Construction & Manufacturing at the awards dinner was rewarding, but the best was yet to come. Being named the Supreme award winner against all the businesses entered across every category was sheer elation. It is humbling to be recognised for our hard work over the years in building a sustainable business.
