The client had outgrown their previous premises and secured a pre-built lease in Haupapa House, the newly transformed ex RSA building purchased by Pukeroa Oruawhata Group.
The fit-out received a commendation at the 2020 ADNZ regional award competition, as well as taking out the overall regional ‘Resene Colour in Design’ award. Judges commented on the use of colour to create a sense of joy, with the yellow tones used in the interior carefully linked to the ‘Holland Beckett Law’ branding, providing a connection throughout the office.
