The Breathing House
Designed as a mixed use building with inner city living, the complex revolves around a partially covered inner courtyard. This attracted the moniker of “Breathing House” as it allowed all the apartments to have access to natural light and passive ventilation. The ground level features stacking car parks and retail space to the street. The structure explores the potential of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT).
