Pukeroa Oruawhata ex RSA Building

This $2.7 million transformation of the now unrecognisable former Rotorua RSA building was completed in August 2017.  The client, Pukeroa Oruawhata Holdings required the Haupapa Street premises in the Rotorua CBD to be transformed into commercial space and space for a café.  Haupapa House is a stark contrast to the original white concrete building, however the building’s internal character has been preserved through keeping the high stud and exposed trusses.
