DCA has been engaging with developers to address the national housing shortage.

Creating considered design solutions that are people focused – by not only looking good, but performing good too.

Through designing interesting, light-filled, functional and site responsive buildings for the community to embrace. Two of our recent projects are designed to Homestar 6 V5, which targets increased thermal efficiencies and reduced energy use to heat and cool.

Well designed and thought out multi-residential buildings are crucial to the growing populations within urban communities. They have the ability to enrich the lives for multi-generations of people who live, work and play within them.
