DCA Architects of Transformation is an award-winning NZIA practice with an innovative design and detail-focused architectural team.

Career potential:
You will be involved throughout all project stages from client engagement through design, documentation and construction in a supportive, collaborative studio environment. Your role will see you liaising directly with clients and the rest of the DCA team including directors and partners. Coordination with team members and contractors to deliver a transformational result will be a key factor to success in your new role.
You need to have:
- A relevant architectural qualification (technician or architecture) with proficiency using ArchiCAD. This is essential, please do not apply if you do not have ArchiCAD proficiency.
- Excellent time management skills and strong communication.
- Experience with the NZBC and NZS3604 or their international equivalents is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to applicants with NZ practice experience working with teams in the delivery of complex project documentation and practice-wide quality assurance. Consideration will be allowed for applicants who don’t meet the qualification requirements but have relevant levels of experience.
- We also use Twin Motion, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, 3D printing and do regular model building. Although not essential, any experience with these skills would be an advantage.
